Terms of service

The service
Leira is a recruitment studio. We produce employer-brand content, run targeted hiring campaigns, screen applicants, and help our clients build standing talent pools. Access to the Leira platform is provided to client organisations under a separate engagement agreement.
For candidates
By applying through a Leira campaign you consent to your application being reviewed by Leira and the hiring company you applied to. If you separately opt into the Leira talent pool, your profile may be shared with other client organisations. You can withdraw from the pool at any time by contacting hei@lei-ra.com.
For client organisations
Client access to candidate data is governed by the data-sharing agreement signed at the start of each engagement. Clients may only use candidate data for the specific role(s) agreed, and must not contact candidates outside the Leira platform without prior written consent.
Intellectual property
All culture films, campaign creative, and platform content produced by Leira remain the property of BTY Gruppen AS unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client-supplied brand assets remain the property of the client.
Limitation of liability
Leira does not guarantee any specific hiring outcome. Our AI scoring is advisory; all hiring decisions rest with the client. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of our service beyond the scope of our engagement agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett).
